All prices are based on the actual pounds of packages you receive. The weights listed are our best guess to your actual take-home weight. All packages will come cry-o-vac packaged and frozen. Steaks are packed 2 per package. Roasts are 2-3 pounds per package. The number of cuts varies based on the size of the animal; that is why we can’t tell you numbers of individual packages. Each of these is a quarter. If you want a whole animal, feel free to order 4 A's or you can order an A, B, C, D to get all the different options. Ditto a half. You may mix and match all you’d like.
Freezer Space estimate on each quarter is 2 shelves of a standard upright freezer or 1- 1 1/2 48-quart coolers.
