Our bacon is cured with salt, sugar and pepper. There are no nitrites or nitrates added, so the salt is used in the curing process.

If you find our bacon too salty for your tastes, then try this:

Soak your bacon for about 5 minutes in warm water or while your frying pan is warming up, then fry as usual. You can soak it for longer if you would prefer it even less salty.
