I've been fairly happy with the whole cuts, but the ground beef I find is often gristly -- every package seems to have some little hard, inedible bits, or little pieces of very gristly, unappetizing bits.

I don't know how the processing is different from what I'd get at the grocery store, but the store seems to do a better job of a more uniform, less gristly product.

This is a processing problem. We take these very seriously. I will tell our processor. This is not normal for Polyface ground beef. Thank you for letting us know.
